Review RFP's, plans, addendums, and specs to determine the scope of work and the most effective production methods.

Manage estimating workflow and pipeline to provide complete proposals before bid deadlines.

The estimator must be a flexible and adaptable team player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset to perform landscape construction takeoffs and build accurate, professional estimates.
